Bright and Dark

My Blip is of a solitary dandelion in our garden. There will be many to follow, which we are happy about as the blaze of colour is welcome. I will spend some time gathering 95% of the seeds/seed heads, the remaining 5% always escape my clutches.

I've blipped the extra before, but I also like it. Daldinia concentrica is known by several common names, but I like coal fungus the best. There was a good spread of them on the underside of a felled oak tree in the park.
