Overstayed his welcome

The river authorities have never been in a rush to move people on but I think this guy pushed his luck .
He wasn't the most sociable of folks and had earned the nickname of 'Mr Grumpy' around here. Apparently he eventually fell foul of the local constabulary. I've no idea where he has gone or where his boat is being shunted to.
