Sally Mair - Loving life

By Sallymair

Back at ground level!

Thank you for all your good wishes for Cleo yesterday. I've told her she's a wuss but she doesn't care. I think she's still slightly woozy but at least she's back down to our level now and enjoying her latest box. I did make it extra comfy with some black cushions she'd already made all furry - I should know better than to have black cushions and a cat who sheds fur all year round!
Today started nice and slowly, we had a haar this morning which took a long time to lift and which made the temperature a lot colder than we've been getting used too. By the time I went out around 12. 30 though the mist had lifted and the sun was shining through, there was still a cold NE wind though.
I took communion to one of our elderly ladies in her nursing home in Broxburn. Lovely to see her, and her daughter who spends half of every day with her. It's such a privilege to be able to do this .
The other part of my blip is our Magnolia which is almost past its best now. It's much admired by passers by.
