A Mandrill's Best Friend from Gromit Unleashed

I was up and early this morning (4.30am actually) to photograph some of the balloons hovering over Bristol. It was amazing to see over 100 balloons across the Bristol skyline.

I also took the opportunity to grab a shot of A Mandrill's Best Friend outside Bristol Zoo. Typically the place is packed with people queuing to get into the Zoo so I took advantage of the opportunity.

A Mandrill's Best Friend was designed by Vivi Cuevas. Vivi Cuevas approaches her work with vital energy and playfulness. Her creations always reflect her love and enjoyment for what she does. Vibrant colours and cute, quirky creatures are hallmarks of her artistic endeavours which range from Gorilla sculptures to fabric art; drawings to digital illustrations.
