Magnolia Stellata

Chores at home this morning and managed to get two loads of washing dry outside.  Also made some shortbread and I am only eating the broken bits.  Yay.  Lovely, sunny and so warm here today.

Spoke to No 2 son to wish him a happy birthday - can't believe he is 34 already.  

Trip into town and spotted this pretty magnolia in the ornamental gardens.  Then to the Hazlemere with Santana for a late lunch - Morecambe Bay shrimp on malted bread - delicious.
