Sprig of blackthorn blossom

Many of the hedgerows around the village have turned almost completely white during the last week or so. I chose to photograph a sprig of blossom near to the ground because I wanted to isolate it against the green of the grass and other plants. Thank you Anni BikerBear for hosting Flower Friday.
