All grown up

Charlotte’s 18th birthday! I really don’t know where the years have gone. It only seems like yesterday when we were rushed down to the labour ward for an emergency c section, 5 weeks early. It was so scary, especially when she got whisked off to SCBU weighing just 2lb 9oz.

We are so proud of the beautiful young lady she has become. She lives life to the full, takes everything in her stride, and is so kind and caring.

We had a lovely meal at a really nice hotel, and Charlotte got a little cake agf and a glass of fizz.

That’s just the start of the celebrations.
