Frothy Damson blossom

For Flower Friday.
We spent a second day with Luca and Eben, very enjoyably. I took them swimming in the morning, and in the afternoon we sprawled on the sofa and watched films (The Secret Life of Pets parts one and two). The films were witty, the soundtrack was good and the stories were worth watching. So it made for a good mix over the day, finishing up with a few games at the end of the afternoon.
Although tiring, it's been good to spend two consecutive days with the boys - we've  tuned into each other's patterns more than we do during the briefer, after-school pick-ups.
Having said that, we are both looking forward to a weekend without major commitments :-)
