Nesting Time

A brief visit to Maxwell Park after badminton this morning. The motorway traffic was travelling at the pace of a snail but I never did discover what the problem was.

Despite the sunshine it was quite chilly and rather windy this morning. Not a gull to be seen on the pond and only a few mallards and tufties.

Mrs Swan is sitting on her nest and although Mr S joined her for a few minutes he spent the rest of the time adding sticks and leaves to the nest.
