Feral chimney colony swarm queen

Early morning visit to recycling centre.

Headed east to drop off a honey sale and continued to a blipoer resident to check the colony and pass on honey.

His wife and I suited up and looked for brood, eggs and larvae all present. Then acqueen search found and marked.

Still in a nuc so added some drawn comb in an extension to allow more laying space.

Tea and excellent chat.

Lunch out at cycling cafe, great chat  at a shared table.

Dinner made.

Quiet night.

Dog walk awaits.
