Stratford Day 1

We started the day visiting Anne Hathaway's Cottage and the pretty village of Shottery (main), We then had lunch in Henley-on-Arden before an afternoon cuppa in Stratford-upon-Avon itself. God Save the King 1769 seems to date from the Shakespeare Jubilee of that year, when the king in question was George III - the event looks surpsingly reminiscent of current events.
