Ted with the Hydrangea!

We went to Burnley this morning as I thought that the opening of the new fire station was today. I was wrong it is the 31st August. I only got a quick look at the advert on my way up to my sons house the other day.

Anyway here we are in the garden with the first flower on the hydrangea bush.
My friend David (the Mayors Officer for Burnley) gave me this as a little plant about 12 years ago when I had taken our Mayor to an event at Burnley Town Hall.

Tonight we are going out to a hotel as a friend of Humbugs got married today.

Not sure if Ted is going with us!
