Lots going on in our street today. As I walked down to the church at the end of the road to watch Kate and Ben get hitched I came across Dr Dolittle and when he'd finished talking to the animals I said to him .... "oh, has Gladys broken down?" He said "whose Gladys, is she a horse?" I said "no, she's a very beautiful Austin 7 due to bring Kate to the church with her Father, but Gladys does have a habit of breaking down from time to time!". "Oh!" said he "that's not our wedding, our wedding is at the church at the other end of town and we don't come from round here, so came to recce the area last night and thought that this would be a good place to park up and get King into the traces". He didn't know there was a wedding going on at the end of the street and I hoped Gladys and King wouldn't collide - and they didn't.

Kate looked lovely. She is the daughter of Caroline who I share an office with and Kate's brand new husband, Ben, is my hero when it comes to all things techno and sorts me out on laptop/tablet/phone etc.
