Cleaning m’drains….

….and another thing. Them roofers have left a lot of stoor and m’drains are fair cagged. Nothing for it but to lift them and get my hand in.

Earlier, I nipped up to the best municipal dump in the world and dropped-off yesterday’s first cut grass and moss clippings. Being able to park the van on the drive without performing a twelve point turn around scaffolding felt like a luxury.

Nancy is turning the house upside down packing for our trip to the colonies. I’d best stay outside and look busy.
