Dogwood

When we were in Deep Run yesterday, we took some suckers off the dogwood tree in the side yard and I brought them home.

I put root hormone on the ends and put them in water overnight. Today I will put more root hormone on them and put them in soil.

They root faster in water but the roots are weaker so I’m going for the slower but stronger roots in soil. I’m hoping I’m successful with at least one of the suckers.

Today is day one of General Conference weekend and so we will be spending the afternoon & evening watching sessions from SLC on TV It will be a quiet afternoon.
