Meeting Lazara

Coaching with Lisa - I was not in a great place - everything is still so heavy!!!!
I had time for a quick coffee before my coaching session with Hamish.

It went well but I had to run to get to Ka Pao in time.
It was soooo good to catch up with Lazara and we had far too much food and a bottle of wine and a cocktail .....

She is here for 2 weeks I hope we have another meeting before she sets off to Costa Rica for good.
