Every month I save points with my energy supplier; a few weeks ago I received an email that the oldest points would expire next month. You should never let free points expire like that and in the online catalogue there were two things that had been on my "to buy" list for a while: a cordless screwdriver and a letterbox brush. Today I received both, so tomorrow I'll try them both out...
