Shiny

We were out of the house by 8:30am for a wonderful few hours walking. Up through Blackbrook, around the Dam and back through the fields & woods.
A day of over 18,000 steps in beautiful sunshine. Today’s avian highlight was a Treecreeper just feet away from us happily going about its business. Beautiful little thing it was too.

BTW, I knew the highlights would blow spectacularly on this photo. I could have stopped the lens down, but am a self confessed bokeh tart.
I like it, which is all that matters.
