Choo-Choo !

Yesterday's scouting mission paid off, I was in position today in good time to see LNER Peppercorn Class A2 "Blue Peter" cruising over Shap. The last locomotive in Class A2 surviving. 
Following close on Blue Peter's heels was Tangmere on another trip up to Carlisle.
The southbound journey was via the Cumbrian coast line, I was tempted to head over there for some more shots but decided against it which was lucky because Tangmere set a number of lineside fires and was held at Sellafield and Blue Peter was turned around at Maryport.
