Violets

Thankfully an easier start to the day. This afternoon even managed to get out in the garden to do some very belated pruning and tidying up. While tidying the pots, discovered these self-seeded Violets, as well as what you can sadly see in my extra, found near the edge of the lawn. I wonder who it belonged to and how it got there...

Blue skies all day long, but slightly cooler at 18 degrees and windy again.
