Broadway

No not the 'lights on Broadway' but Broadway in the tourist heaving town of the Cotswolds. The Lygon Arms Hotel - a very salubrious Cotswold destination. I took this out of the car window as we parked to walk down the main street.

Disasters today in the kitchen. When I came down to make a cup of tea this morning the dishwasher I discovered had only done half its cycle. and there was no power to it. Strangely we hadn't had a power cut which is the normal course of events especially if it's raining. Yesterday we had discovered not one but two leaks under the sink in different areas one of which was the waste disposal which we now have on order.

Millie consequently is having huge fun as she now can see under the kitchen units and has spent most of the day whining with her nose underneath.

We went out to Broadway for a meal and although not feeling totally tickety-boo it meant there was no cooking involved and lovely it was too!!!
