Reward

I went back to Loch Leven Parkrun this morning. It was Plan B. Lochore Meadows was my first choice but it was cancelled as a result of work being carried out on the paths. 

Good thing I checked before I set off. FB has its uses occasionally. Very occasionally...

I ought to have come up with a classic Parkrun Blip, but the weather was cold and grey. The course did not look very photogenic. The runners looked cold and grey too. 

Plan B gave me the opportunity to scoff a croissant from Loch Leven's Larder for my (second) breakfast. I did not need any encouragement. Ideal with a good coffee* after my shower.  

No football today - I am saving myself for a "special" next weekend. They lost 0-3. Not great, but better than losing 0-5. 

* Starbucks' Sumatran beans, made the pour-over way.
