A different Buttermere tree

I took the Honister Rambler bus to Buttermere (quite an experience in itself!) and then walked right round the lake. The bright light produced bright, saturated colours, but made photography challenging... a combination of high overhead sun and empty skies meant that I ended up looking for details rather than big vistas.

I rather liked this little tree and the phone composition was better than the pics I took on my camera. The extras show a couple of camera shots: the pines and a drag shot of some of the larch forest, both 'edited' in PS Essentials. I'll redo them properly when I get home...
