Stick another Sozzie on the BBQ will'ya

Woke up in L's bed after she came through to ours at silly o'clock.

Went for an 8k run before returning to carry out some chores. Sid the window man as he has become affectionately known dropped by to apply the finishing touches to our new windows and some repair work on the back door.

After lunch which consisted of the inaugural use of my new BBQ purchased about a year ago and done lovely sausage rolls and after a quick visit from granny and grandad L and I went in for some ten pin bowling. She loves this even more than me!
