Nate is eight!

Crazy crazy that after a 12,30 sleep time, Nate was awake at 6!!! He loved opening gifts this morning...he loved playing in the park with this little gang of lads...he loved spending a bit of his birthday money...he loved tacos with Claire and Gemma...he loved Pass the Parcel with Stef and Gemma. He's been so grateful all day, bless him. He's felt very loved.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Nate's delight about everything today...and him doing so well on so little sleep.
2) He and the boys enjoying playing for a few hours this afternoon.
3) The utter gift of Nate. A bringer of joy, eloquent, emotionally intelligent. With a dash of crazy in there too.
