Marjorie's ramblings

A special blipmeet

Munroist was at The People’s Theatre for the first and last nights of the production of Goodnight Mr Tom. That was something to do with her grandson, Nathaniel, taking the role of William!

I found Nathaniel’s sister, Ella, in the interval and then found munroist herself.

It was an excellent production and Nathaniel was very good in his role. I could not hear everything, but I’m off to the GP to request a hearing test on Tuesday.

I probably would not have gone tonight if I had not known that Nathaniel was in the production and I’m so glad that I did.

I was at Julie’s in good time for the Grand National. For the first time ever, I placed a bet. My horse, Meeting of the Waters, was hardly mentioned in the commentary but I could see him moving up the field and he came in Fifth. I should get a little money from my £2 each way bet!

(The morning was spent in pyjamas and I put on one load of washing. A very relaxing time.)
