Beautiful Day!

The high was 73F/22.7C this afternoon - stunning weather! I went for a nice long walk in my neighborhood today where I saw this beautiful tulip. And I did a lot of puttering around the house. I also managed to clean my living room rug with the new rug cleaner that I bought when I moved in to my new place 2 1/2 year ago! Suffice it to say that the rug was overdue for cleaning. Now it feels so good on my feet :-)

I saw my osteopathic massage therapist today. He worked on my woefully stiff knees - the result of two knee replacements. It’s extremely painful - long story short - but he’s managing to create some range of motion, hooray!
