Mabel and Dudley reckoned they deserved a day off from modelling duties at the weekend, which I thought was reasonable...

Alison and I took a jaunt over to the village of Fintry for a very tasty lunch at the Courtyard Café. This is the home of Katy Rodgers's homemade ice cream, so we both felt it would have been rude not to indulge, especially when there were such delicious flavours to choose from! Alison opted for gooseberry and elderflower, while I had chocolate, hazelnut and coconut. Yummy!

We spotted this young cow on the way back - a change from the black and white Friesian I usually blip.
