Sourdough loaf
Have started making sourdough loaves again, having been given a small dollop of starter by K. It seems to be working ok. Takes a while to make a loaf because of the long fermentation periods but quite enjoyable if I can remember when the dough needs attention.
I baked this one at a lower temperature and for less time than the first one I did and I think that has paid off. Delicious too.
