Cracking Up

The pond, not me although there are times when things push one to the edge.  Well, the "ice out" countdown begins.  Maine has been recording ice out dates since 1807.  With climate change, it's coming earlier and earlier. Our rainy weather over the next couple of days will help.  It was wonderful to see the "Hand's Off" protests across the country yesterday.  More than 1200 separate events and over 3 million people participating although some put the numbers much higher.  There were protests against Trump all over Europe as well.  I was with them in spirit as I continue to nurse a sore hip that I hope improves before my trip in 3 weeks.  That's all I can focus on right now.
