Herne Bay: Piers (Past and Present)

Im and I went to Herne Bay to look in 'Briggsy's Arcade Emporium' and 'The Emporium' opposite... Came out empty handed, but had an amusing time, and enjoyed seeing the sea and going to The Pier Ceylon (Sri Lankan café) too.
