Bus into town. Double Decker and was busy below so headed upstairs .

Met a lady at the bus stop who was quite taken with Lucca. Her son has a cocker and she was talking about the dog. I asked her if she had grandchildren and she wistfully said no. Then she said her other son also had a cocker who was now living with her sister as the son had died. I felt for her. Bus stop chats - I do enjoy them, finding out about people and there is usually a story to be told.

We had our coffee and pastry at Nero and a bit of a walk and decided to have a double header and go for soup at the new Osteria. The soup was delicious. Fresh bread alongside .

Yet another day in the garden.

Later over to Gloagburn for a Tabla Curry for S as he fancied that for tea . I had a stir fry. Anything g stronger than a Kotma kills my throat!
