Gardening

A nice pottering kind of Saturday.  I cleaned the bathroom in the morning, had a bit of a rest either side of lunchtime, and then Tim and I went to a new (to us) garden centre in Barnstaple, which Liz next door had recommended.  An excellent recommendation it was, too!  We bought some plants for our hanging baskets, a few pots for some of our houseplants, and two mahoosive pots for the camellia and peiris, plus some ericaceous compost.  The giant pots were an absolute bargainous £13 each.  I can't stop saying, "I cannot believe they were only £13!"

I planted the hanging basket when we got home, but it was getting a bit late in the day, so we decided to save everything else for tomorrow.
