I got up well before sunrise to get to Waverley to catch the train down to London. It was a great journey as this was the first day of my holiday. It was great to just look out the window instead of work. Plus, I had the seat next to me free. 

Tim and I dropped off my case at home and then headed into town so he could meet his eldest daughter. I strolled along the South Bank in the sunshine and it was perfectly lovely. 

I like being on holiday.
