On the way out....
..... to the green recycle bin. This Clematis armandii stem snapped off when I was attempting to train the vigorous young growth through the trellis. It's provided some pleasure on the kitchen/diner windowsill.
First job after breakfast.. Well it was a toss up between a visit to the plot or repairing Indie's little friend. The little friend got my attention, repaired & fingers crossed keep Indie company for a few more years. Pic in extra
Busy Sunday at Mum's. The usual Sunday routine.. Glorious sunshine so 2 loads of laundry dried perfectly. I cut lengths of Hazel & whippy willow yesterday to make wigwam supports for the freshly repotted clematis. Mum sat in the sunshine chatting away as I worked. 3 clematis, supports in place. 2 complete wigwams to go.
Mum came up to Chudleigh for a late roast lunch.
Dropped Mum home, got her settled watching Countryfile while I picked in the laundry and put it away.
