Sunday blossoms

Just going in to the evening service and noticed these catkins! Something I have never seen on an oak tree! I don’t know if they are flowers! Haven’t seen an ash flowering yet this year which means we must be in for a splash not a soak according to folk wisdom!,

Staying at sky’s house again for a couple of nights while amber has gone to her boyfriend in Brighton. I picked up the car this morning and then went to take Sky for a long walk back to the William yard to collect the cake I had ordered at the food fest! I was very glad I paid for it just after opening as the choice was Mapuche more limited later! Fed Sky when we got back and then drove home to collect my bits and pieces for the dog sit! Tomorrow is an early walk and then I go to Memory Cafe!
