Sauna

First up the most boring Grand Prix from Japan, so pleased I was up before 7 to see that. Literally nothing happened.

Then a walk with Ella and I got on with sewing my knickers. This is a gateway project to actually try to improve my sewing, I am (as with many things in life) all big picture and less about the detail, some may call it slap dash. Anyway, that doesn't really work with knickers so I had an essentially had a frustrating afternoon but have considered it enough in the big picture thing to make this a starting point. It's like when Daisy and Will were cross because they couldn't play the guitar or juggle from the outset. Poor examples, as they can still do neither but let's see what happens next.

And just when a Sunday evening gloom was descending there was a trip to the beach for swimming, sauna and chats with my friends, love em. And then home for a Will made chicken pie- all brilliant.
