Chaffinch

The garden of the holiday house is full of songbirds. I'm loving the peace and quiet here. This morning we walked up to the reservoir dam. An impressive size. Lots more birds there too. 

Tonight our younger son is providing the meal for 10 people. I've managed to spend some 1:1 time with the nine year old, been in the HOT tub and will be going to the play park with the six and five year olds soon. Plaster cast no impediment. I can't think what the orthopaedic surgeon will make of it.
