Domesticated for around the last 10,000 years, and providing milk, meat, hides and no doubt lots of other items for mankind. They even tolerate having to wear unfashionable earrings.
Cows have almost 360° vision; useful in traffic, but their inability to see the colour red is a problem at traffic lights.
