the natural world
today we have been trying to get plants for our hedge.
i'm on about day 60 something of the 100 day cough - and it's been a difficult day - i feel so knackered. nearly had to break out the wheelchair for finding the plants we need for the hedge.
i'm reluctant to turn off comments because it's so lovely to have some contact with the blipper world - but i apologise for not being as engaged at the mo.
had a good conversation with our new neighbour on our return from delivering my prescriptions to the GPs. how weird is it that they give us the prescriptions and then we have to drive miles to drop them off 3 weeks later - to then go and pick them up, driving miles again. i'm my own chauffeur - i wish the GP Practice would appreciate that. Just getting dressed is an ordeal when you've been awake all night.
this is one area i would like Ed Miliband to investigate on his travels to Net Zero. rural living is nothing like living in London. the race to net zero will be difficult for country folk to pay for.
