For Mum

Today would’ve been Mum’s birthday; she loved the Cherry Blossom in the garden which, with our recent sunny weather, has just started to open up. 

A visit from an old friend this morning for cake, cuppa and a catch-up, followed by a visit from Dad’s doc. This afternoon another stint tidying up the garden, and this evening we’re remembering Mum with cake and a little Baileys, a celebration of which she would very much approve.

Thank you very much for your kind stars and hearts for yesterday’s Berberis blip, such an amazing orange colour.
