1st Meeting

I have set up a group for women suffering with their anxiety.
We had our 1st meeting today.
10 brave women attended headed by an amazing therapist called Samantha.
DN2 helped with the meet and greet at the reception of the sports club with help of a heart balloon. That worked well.
DN1 also came and was very brave. 
Each of the women introduced themselves. They nearly all cried. That was tough.
I personally funded the therapist but we were given the room for free (at the moment). 
I now need to try and find funding to allow the group to continue. That's going to be the tough bit.

Mr W returned from Halifax today. I did really miss him xx
