Abandoned

Sorted out 25/26 banking stuff this morning. Walked up to the Nici and we had a drink on the terrace. Sunny and 15C. Hotel pretty full, for Easter hols. Lots of kids in the pool - shall stay away until they've gone.

Had a look in Zara for an outfit for a June wedding. Tried and bought a jacket and trousers. Will mull over them, not convinced wide flares suit me. Awaiting delivery of another outfit, one or both will go back. I can never find smart outfits that suit me. They are either boring or fit size 6.

Then took a bus to Winton to get pineapple juice from Waitrose (the only one I like is Del Monte which isn't easy to find). We had to get off the 1st bus as the driver's sunblind collapsed over the windscreen. Had to get off the 2nd bus 1/2 way as it didn't go to Winton.

Waiting for a third bus spotted the large framed photograph above, of 3 happy kids, propped against the wall. Sad to see no longer loved. Wonder who they are.
