Golden light

... again after a lovely day, came a beautiful sunset. 
Yoga and a short run. Lots of tidying up after the weekend, a lovely video chat with a special friend and tonight R and I went swimming at Newhaven pool (part of our gym membership but we've never got round to it as not in the same place as the gym). I ve had a really tight back on and off recently which prompted our swim.
