The no longer needed emergency phone

I have been sternly telling myself I have never actually needed to use this as an emergency phone, that it has been gathering dust in the back of the rarely used but useful items cupboard for years, that it was an emergency buy 15 or so years ago as the cheapest option at a time when finances dictated such choices, that no-one else will need it either, but it's no use, I am still reluctant to just bin it.
