Spring topper

Thank you all for your recent condolences and best wishes. It’s been a very difficult couple of weeks after the unexpected death of my father in law. We are still waiting to hear a cause of death. The PM was today.
We’ve only been home for two days since it happened as everyone is rallying round hubby’s Mum who is understandably really struggling. She’s 80 and has never spent a night alone in over 60 years. She also gets very confused and has huge memory issues so things haven’t been easy.
We only came home today for another few days, then need to go bank to London on Friday as hubby’s brother is away for the weekend.
Then comes the funeral after Easter which will be challenging. Both hubby and his brother have been fabulous with their Mum and are holding up well considering they have lost their Dad too.

I’ve taken a few images over the past days but haven’t felt like posting or commenting. I’ll not be commenting until the funeral is over so if I do get around to posting anything, please don’t feel like you have to look or comment on them. I can’t imagine they’ll be anything to write home about :)
