Chim chim Cher-oo

Lazy Saturdays are made of these. Well the first half anyway. The second half was spent blitzing the garden in preparation for next Saturdays BBQ.

I must be approaching middle age but the excitement of cutting my newly seeded grass was through the roof. A green baize lay beneath, which kinda clashes with the rest of the lawn which is a not so nice yellow colour.

Did some leaf burning (they must have got confused with which season it is) in the incinerator.

We also purchased a new chimnea after inspiration from many a trip to the Catteralls and have now perched up in front of it with a nice cold beer.
