Hassans Walls

A trip to Lithgow this morning to drop paperwork to the auditor and on the way home we detoured by Hassans Walls. At approximately 1100metres above sea level it is the highest scenic lookout in the Blue Mountains. And Mr isbi's favourite view.

We stopped for lunch the Hartley Cafe. It is opposite the extensive (and totally unnecessary in most people's opinions) road works. At least the cafe must be benefiting as it was full of workers having their lunch.

This afternoon I went back to my physio for some more dry needling. I'm not sure if it was him or my heart surgeon who has improved my back problem. It's much better but I still have sciatica so hopefully this will help.
