My current view while I am told to strictly lay down flat before they do a scan on my legs that the hospital in London requested ready for an appointment up there in May.

It’s strange when I come into medical settings, the smell of clinell wipes, the gloves on the wall, the fluorescent lighting…it just transports me back to my old job. Even though I miss the patients, I don’t miss the stress of the work.

The NHS is still amazing, but we need to fund it so much better, it’s been being run into the ground for so long.

I am blessed to have an amazing doctors surgery nearby, the staff are so kind and caring and they are incredibly busy and under pressure.
