Not a good start to a holiday….

… when you are pulled over at the gate and Ryanair decides the cabin baggage you have used for the best part of a decade on their flights is too big!!! It took Martin a lot of pushing before they decided I didn’t need to pay the £75 excess they had demanded.
Needless to say I was livid, upset and embarrassed by the whole shenanigans. It took me well over an hour for my cortisol levels to return to normal and my heart rate to come down. Not good!!!
By the way the clear skies showed us the beautiful west coast of Scotland - can you spot Ailsa Craig? - and that of Spain and Portugal too.
